Overseas Customers

There may be problems importing seeds to your country due to certain restrictions. Please will you check with your authorities regarding these restrictions before placing an order. We do not assume any responsibility if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds, but we will deal very sympathetically with your case to ensure your satisfaction should incidents such as this occur.

Australia, New Zealand and South Africa

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Australia, New Zealand or South Africa due to import restrictions. We are very sorry about this.

Delivery

When ordering online, your seeds will normally be despatched within two working days to the delivery address you supply. In the UK we use the Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service, elsewhere we rely upon proof of postage - touchwood we have never had a failed delivery yet. To keep postage costs to a minimum seeds are despatched by post and growing instructions are sent by email.

Replacement and refunds

In the unlikely event that our seeds fail to please you, we are happy to replace them. Should you wish to return goods, please ensure your seeds are sent to us by recorded delivery with a detailed letter of explanation. You will then be given a full refund.

Data Protection

Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed on or shared with any third parties - period.

Quality Control

We produce the seeds, hand sieve, grade and inspect everything we sell so you have the confidence that the packets you buy will contain a minimum of 25 1st grade seeds.

Postage and Package - Seeds

To simplify matters we charge a flat £2 for P&P of seeds, in the UK this includes "signed for delivery". Should you purchase more than one pack of seeds the postage will remain fixed at this level.

We grow and produce all our own seeds from plants which are open pollinated (by bees) and so there may be occasional variations and we cannot be held responsible other than for replacement seeds or plants. Subject to the restrictions detailed below, we are happy to supply seeds for germination and plan to introduce an adoption scheme and fully hardened off plants for growing on. Please note that due to the Herbal Medicines Act we do not sell any tinctures, decoctions or other preparations of Bitter Vetch that might be regarded or perceived as a herbal medicine.
